felt+ Privacy Policy

felt+ is a poker session and hand tracker. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the felt+ mobile app and web app.

Who we are

felt+ is operated by the felt+ developer ("we", "us"). For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at support@felt-poker.com.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address, used to create and sign in to your account.
• Content you create. The data you enter in the app: poker sessions, hands, tournaments, diary/journal entries, staking and action-piece records, player notes, and profile details you choose to add (display name, an optional location/region, social handles, and a profile photo).
• Notification token. If you enable push notifications, a device push token so we can deliver alerts you opt into (friend requests, social activity, stake confirmations, friends going live).
• Approximate location (optional). If you allow it, your device location is used on your device to sort nearby venues. We only store the venue or city text you choose to save with a session.
• Basic technical data. Standard information needed to operate the service (e.g. authentication tokens and timestamps).

How we use your information

• To provide the app and sync your data across your devices.
• To power features you use, including friends, shared and live sessions, and your published journal.
• To send notifications you have opted into.
• To keep the service secure and working correctly.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

When information is shared

• With people you choose. Friends you connect with can see the sessions and live sessions you share with them, your published journal entries, and social interactions (likes/comments). Public live-session links show only what you mark as public.
• With service providers. We use Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Netlify (web hosting and serverless functions), and Expo with Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notification delivery). These providers process data on our behalf to run the service.
• Legal. We may disclose information if required by law.

Storage and security

Your data is stored with our hosting providers and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to your data is restricted by row-level security so that, by default, only you and the people you share with can see it.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, which removes your account and associated content. You may also request deletion by emailing support@felt-poker.com; we will action verified requests within 30 days.

Age

felt+ is a tool for tracking your own poker results and is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed to children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@felt-poker.com to exercise them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
